Required Qualifications: Active BLS certification; ONS Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certification; one (1) year of outpatient infusion or oncology experience; Illinois license or equivalent state licensure; at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chemotherapy administration and access skills such as peripheral IV, Port-a-Cath, and PICC line; strong assessment skills and recognizing adverse reactions; comfortable drawing blood from ports for labs.
