The Midwife will deliver patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, patient navigators, and community partners while supporting Ascension St. Vincent’s mission of compassionate, personalized care. The Rural Mobile Health Midwife provides comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and women’s health services through a mobile health and telehealth model serving underserved and rural communities throughout Northeast Florida.
