Required Qualifications: WI or compact RN License, AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, ADN or BSN degree, 2+ years of MedSurg experience, EPIC charting experience, willingness to float to similar units including IMC, Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior. Responsibilities include managing a patient ratio of up to 5 on days and evenings, and up to 7 on nights, effectively collaborating within the healthcare team, and demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude in a dynamic clinical setting.
