Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on a combined Medical Telemetry and Intermediate Care (IMC) unit serving a 43-bed floor with patients presenting with respiratory conditions, sepsis, DKA, altered mental status, failure to thrive, respiratory failure, and acute-on-chronic medical conditions. Operate and manage equipment including ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, epidural pumps, IV pumps, PCA pumps, VAC dressings, and specialty beds; IMC RNs must have ventilator experience .
