You will serve as an on-site resource for nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare team members, using sound clinical judgment and leadership skills to address patient care concerns, staffing challenges, emergencies, and other operational needs. As the RN House Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight during designated shifts, ensuring appropriate staffing, patient placement, patient flow, and delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.
