Advanced critical care procedures including ventilator management, therapeutic hypothermia, PCI/STEMI, IABP, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, TEE/cardioversion, temporary pacing, sepsis, stroke/TPA, and DKA management. Schedule: 8-bed ICU with 2:1 patient ratios, self-scheduling encouraged, every other weekend required, overtime available when possible, flexible scheduling options, 24/7 coverage with goal staffing of 4 RNs per shift.
