We are seeking a compassionate ECM Behavioral Health Care Manager to support members experiencing serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and other complex needs through culturally responsive interventions, crisis support, and coordinated care. Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health and the Enhanced Care Management Program Director, this role connects members with appropriate medical, behavioral health, and community resources to promote whole-person care and improve health outcomes.
