Job Title: RN, Nurse Lead Profession: Nursing Specialty: Nursing Leadership Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of five years technical experience, including supervisory experience License: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice Certifications: AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS, AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS, AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS, Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) Must-Have: - Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience - Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills Description: Provides unit-based leadership working collaboratively with the Nurse Manager, Director, Physicians, and staff. Ensures that all patients on the unit receive cost-effective, professional care that results in positive outcomes and high patient satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of patient safety.
