Additional required skills include IV therapy, arterial line management, blood product administration, central line and PICC line care, chest tube assistance, continuous IV sedation, emergency medications, titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips, CVVHD/CRRT, cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and IV insulin protocols. Preferred skills include IV starts, ICP monitoring, pulmonary artery (Swan Ganz) line management, hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Impella, and IABP experience.
