The Fabrication Associate works closely with the fabrication team and may collaborate with Design, Graphics, Floral, Warehouse, and Production teams to help keep projects moving on deadline and bring custom builds from idea to install-ready reality. Working under the direction of the Lead Fabricator, this role assists with hands-on fabrication, assembly, sanding, painting, finishing, material prep, shop organization, and post-processing of CNC-cut pieces.
