The Epic Informaticist applies clinical and operational knowledge, informatics principles, and data-driven analysis while collaborating with clinical staff and physicians to optimize the usage of clinical systems through education and training to improve usability, efficiency, quality, safety, and the end-user experience across Crouse Health. End-User Support and Issue Resolution Provide responsive end-user support for Epic workflow and application questions; triage issues and distinguish training, workflow, access, device, interface, system-build concerns and JIRA Tickets when applicable.
