Job Title: RN - MedSurg/Tele Profession: Nursing Specialty: MedSurg/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience License: Required RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - General Med/Tele skillset - Stroke experience - Cardiac rhythm interpretation - Tracheostomy care - Peripheral IV starts - Chest tube management - Nasogastric tube placement - Drain and tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, Foley insertion/management) - Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) pump management - Medication drip management, including cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, and IV fluids Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the MedSurg/Tele specialty.
