RN needed in the St George area to perform assessments on patients in their homes to determine what level of assistance is needed, including but not limited to: assistance with showering/bathing, transferring, toileting, feeding, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, transportation, light housekeeping, companionship, and transportation for shopping, doctor appointments, or errands. The RN is responsible for assessing each patient, documenting and completing assessment paperwork on each client, submitting the paperwork in a timely manner, making their own assessment appointments by contacting the client directly, and meeting a five-day deadline when each authorization is coming due for each patient.
