RN - Float - Spencer Hospital Avera HealthRN - Float - Spencer HospitalSpencer, IAResponsibilities: • Varying shifts in the ED, ICU, Resource, Med/Surg, Birth Center (post-partum) Behavioral Health Services, & Same Day Service • Pre-Op and PACU • Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the various departments in the hospital • Assumes the responsibility for the outcome of nursing care during a specified work period • Collaborates with all available nursing personnel to provide total patient care • Must have knowledge of and utilize appropriate age-related patient protocols relating to the physical and psychological needs of patients. Schedule: • Full Time benefit eligible • 72 hours/pp • 12 hour Day/Night rotation • Weekend and holiday rotation per department requirements • The schedule may fluctuate based upon the needs of the hospital.
