Major responsibilities include providing care and supervision of youth, completing youth screenings, implementing a youth's service and safety plans, working one-on-one with youth utilizing interventions in support of identified behaviors, medication administration, documentation, transporting youth, liaison with public health nurse and county social workers, and maintaining the center site. BA or BS degree in social work, psychology or related field with 1 year experience in a child welfare or behavioral health field with children with complex trauma and resultant challenging behaviors Or 2 full-time years' experience in a child welfare or behavioral health field with children with complex trauma and resultant challenging behaviors.
