Job Title: LDRP RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days with Call Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred Must-Have: - Ability to read and interpret fetal strips - Critical thinking skills - Previous travel experience - Ability to float to Medsurg and ER as needed - Ability to titrate drips, including Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium Description: The unit has a total of 15 beds, consisting of 7 Labor and Delivery and 8 Postpartum. Common diagnoses include obstetric and neonatal patients, hypertension, and gestational diabetes mellitus.
