OROC is a 19-bed closed observation unit with focus on the following diagnoses: · Chest pain, Syncope, COPD Astha Exacerbation, Pneumonia, TIA, UTI, AKI, Dizziness & Peripheral Vertigo, ESRD and Missed Dialysis, Cellulitis and Intractable Nausea and Vomiting. · Utilize clinical reasoning which includes clinical decision making, utilization of resources, synthesis thinking coupled with nursing skills acquired through a process of situational learning and evidence-based practice.
