Proficiency in cardiovascular ICU components including swan management, CVC and arterial line care, temporary pacemakers, IABPs, and ventilator/trach patient care (immediate post-op experience is a bonus but not required; VAD and transplant experience not required). Operate and troubleshoot specialty intervention equipment including Swan-Ganz catheters, external/temporary pacemakers, IABPs, and manage lines such as PICC, midlines, CVCs, arterial lines (radial and femoral).
