Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%). When on call, associates have 30 minutes to drive to the hospital, park, walk into the facility, change into surgery scrubs and report to the charge nurse in 30 minutes or less.
