These frameworks of care include collaboration and mutual problem solving, dignity and human respect, encouraging manner, attentive reassurance, appreciation of unique meaning, healing environment, basic human needs, information sharing, caring for self, and affiliation needs. In the event the employee does not successfully complete the Nurse Residency Program or thereafter the commitment of two (2) full years of full-time employment in the Cancer Center after completion of the program, employee agrees to refund the Cancer Center a pro-rated amount of the cost for the program.
