Core Skills & Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language, solid computer literacy and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience, and effective leadership skills (or the ability to invest in growing them). Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will ensure that nursing practice complies with regulatory requirements, oversee specialized dementia care, promote positive customer relationships, and foster an environment of teamwork, hospitality, and comfort for our residents.
