Our team operates very independently, so while orientation and support will be provided, it’s important that the candidate is comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and appropriately escalating patient concerns—not simply following provider instructions without critical thinking. We’re looking for a candidate who is technically strong (EPIC experience preferred), compassionate, and experienced in GYN triage or another ambulatory care specialty (minimum).
