Working collaboratively with faculty, Academic Program Heads, Student Services, and School of Nursing leadership, the NSSN monitors student progression, identifies barriers to success, coordinates timely interventions, and develops individualized success plans that promote academic achievement and professional readiness. The Nursing Student Success Navigator (NSSN) serves as a master's-prepared nurse educator who partners with students throughout their educational journey-from entry into the nursing program through graduation, NCLEX-RN success, and transition into professional nursing practice.
