The ideal candidate must have strong clinical skills and be able to independently manage walk-in triage, pediatric vaccinations, VNA referrals, patient paperwork, and ED/hospital discharges. Provide care for patients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, COPD, chronic diseases, and general health concerns.
