Experience administering a restaurant POS platform (PAR Brink preferred; Oracle Simphony, Toast, or similar also relevant), plus working knowledge of payment terminals, KDS, printers, mobile devices, and networking equipment. Partner with Software Engineering, Security, Networking, Operations, Marketing, Digital, and vendor partners to evaluate new hardware and capabilities, manage vendor escalations, and ready the team for new product launches.
