Math, geometry, measurement and basic PC skills, and must be able to read orders, and tape measures. Preventative and unplanned maintenance of fixtures and robotic welders.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding machines to ensure that welding processes meet required quality standards.</li><li>Receive a passing score on the Welder Qualification test within the first 90 days of employment.</li><li>Load fixtures with parts and manually tack.</li><li>Move tacked weldment to robot station.</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot and program as required.</li><li>Accurate completion of work orders and associated paperwork.</li><li>Ability to operate overhead crane to maneuver parts safely into place.</li><li>Ability to communicate up and down stream regarding parts requirements or quality issues.</li><li>Preventative and unplanned maintenance of fixtures and robotic welders.</li><li>Maintain attention to detail as necessary to adhere to quality standards.</li><li>Will perform standard MIG welding as the production schedule dictates.</li></ul>Qualifications & Requirements<ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Math, geometry, measurement and basic PC skills, and must be able to read orders, and tape measures.</li><li>Able to read and understand basic blueprints and drawings.</li><li>Ability to safely use hand and power tools & equipment.</li><li>Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety.</li><li>Must be dependable and report to work on time.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>401K</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Education Tuition Reimbursement</li><li>Quarterly bonus program</li><li>Company paid uniforms (eligible after 6 months)</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm</li></ul> #hc233298
