This position leads the Gas & Chemical Engineers and Technicians and is responsible for daily operations, manpower planning, system availability, preventive and corrective maintenance, gas and chemical supply continuity, contractor management, emergency response, system improvements, and operational readiness. The Supervisor works closely with Production, Equipment Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Project/Construction teams, and external gas and chemical suppliers to ensure Gas & Chemical systems consistently support production requirements.
