For new capital and Product Development projects, the engineer leads the assigned manufacturing equipment scope, working with project teams, plants, OEMs, machine builders, and systems integrators from concept development and equipment specification through design review, build, installation, commissioning, and production handoff. A successful candidate will combine broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, robotics, vision, safety, and manufacturing systems with the project management, organization, and communication skills necessary to lead equipment scopes across plants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
