Performs operating, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance tasks to equipment including but not limited to: Boilers, water chillers, electrical distribution systems, emergency power generators, HVAC, pumping systems, electrical motors and motor control, plumbing, refrigeration, water treatment, Fire Alarm and suppression, Pneumatic\ electronic control systems, and energy management systems. Assists in the completion of project work including new equipment installation, existing equipment relocation or modification, and minor construction and renovation work, and other duties as assigned.
