Responsibilities:
Enterprise Application & Integration Management<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Provide configuration, support, and lifecycle management for ERP-adjacent applications and point solutions.</li><li>Own enterprise managed file transfer solutions, including Axway and related secure transport platforms.</li><li>Manage tax, document management, and automation platforms integrated with core ERP systems.</li></ul>Operational Stability & Production Support<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of supported platforms through monitoring, alerting, escalation, and root cause analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with infrastructure, database, security, and vendor teams to resolve production issues.</li><li>Oversee monitoring tools and remediation workflows to maintain operational efficiency.</li></ul>Automation & Process Optimization<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Lead RPA platforms including Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate.</li><li>Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.</li><li>Track automation performance, metrics, and business outcomes.</li></ul>AI & Agentic Automation Enablement<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Work directly with AI teams to design and execute agentic actions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate.</li><li>Support experimentation and operationalization of AI-enabled automation patterns.</li><li>Promote structured application documentation to enable AI-driven support and automation.</li></ul>Leadership & Governance<ul style="margin-top:0in"><li>Act as a hands-on manager providing technical leadership and oversight.</li><li>Establish standards, documentation, and best practices for supported platforms.</li><li>Coordinate vendor relationships, upgrades, and roadmap alignment.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
