Diagnose and resolve electrical system faults, servo, motion, and communication faults, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and components including sensors, motors, VFDs, cables, contactors, servo and motion faults, and control components as required, calibrate and repair end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) and cell-level interfaces . Independently troubleshoot robotic cells, including mechanical, electrical, and program-related issues, modify robot programs including positions, logic, I/O configuration, and process adjustments in alignment with manufacturing engineering, perform robot backups, mastering, calibration, and system recovery .
