Based within Dayton Children's Hospital, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing anesthesia team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for children undergoing complex procedures, including craniofacial surgery, cleft lip and palate repair, acute burn care, burn reconstruction, and select plastic and reconstructive surgeries. Physicians work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes pediatric burn surgeons, plastic surgeons, physician assistants, surgical technologists, perioperative nurses, physical and occupational therapists, recreational therapy staff, and advanced practice providers.
