As a Senior Estimator working for Taylor Morrison, you will create and manage material takeoffs, perform site validations, material usage training and systems setup for base plans and all options. Ability to estimate from scratch: earth work, concrete, block - precast - steel, lumber, siding, stucco, insulation, drywall, shingle roofing, tile roofing, millwork, and flooring.
