p>Qualifications: 5+ years of commercial roofing repair experience Strong hands-on experience with Duro-Last, EPDM, Torch Down, metal, and TPO systems Proven leadership or crew lead experience in roofing or a related trade Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Customer service (professionally communicate with customers) Ability to learn/use technology Strong interpersonal skills that help you to collaborate in a team environment Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise in low slow commercial roofing systems such as Duro-Last, EPDM, torch down, metal, BUR and TPO, along with the ability to guide crews, manage service calls, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
