o Developing first class customer service skills of all staff members
o Developing cross-training programs to assure that all staff members are cross-trained and able to periodically perform the various Warehouse duties
o Scheduling staff to optimize coverage on dock
o Exhibiting behavior consistent with Company philosophy and employment law. Ability to track product usage and promotional programs to aid in ordering and forecasting perishable food items and report findings to Branch Manager.
· Communicating daily with Route Sales people to determine how Warehouse personnel can better meet needs with the following:
o Out-of-stock options
o Expected warehouse return date for out-of-stock products
· Checking daily for accuracy of all out-going orders on the dock.
