Provide comprehensive respiratory care across all hospital units (ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty areas), including assessment, treatment delivery, and ventilator/NIV management. Work independently with minimal supervision, responding to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and patient care needs throughout the facility while prioritizing and managing a full caseload.
