All RTO required up front, no exceptions *Must be available to work 2 out of 3 holidays Patient Population: Pediatric care from acute care on the floors, pulmonary floor (treating pts with asthma, bronchiolitis, cerebral palsy, developmental delay, cystic fibrosis, tracheostomy-ventilated support), trauma, Medical (treating pts with bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia), PICU (treating mostly intubated pts and therapies including specialty gases heliox/iNO), NICU and CTICU where heart transplants are performed. *Experience must be from a dedicated children's facility, not a general or adult facility with experience from a peds unit* *Seeking strong pediatric ICU skill set; therapists who can jump in and work across at least two of the three ICUs including a Level IV NICU, Level I PICU, and/or the Cardiothoracic ICU* Requirements: • California RCP License in hand • RRT national credential required; RRT-NPS preferred • 2 years' of recent pediatric ICU experience from a children's hospital • Experience with trachs and vents, suctioning, and oxygen.
