<div><strong>Hello, guys!</strong><br/><br/>We are hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work within an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well.<br/><br/>A large number of loads. Each of our dispatchers has 4+ years of experience - thus more than enough broker contacts.<br/><br/><strong>Competitive rates:</strong></div><ul><li>Sprinters (long miles, good areas): $1.05 - $1.35 per mile, (long miles, bad areas): $0.90 - $1.10 per mile. Canada - Sprinters $1.25 - $1.55 per mile.</li><li>Personalized loads. We ask you in details what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way saving a lot of time for you.</li><li>Payment: 3-5 business days, quick pay 3%.</li><li>Days range: Monday-Friday.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>Basic Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>You should have your own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van).</li><li>Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.</li><li>You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.</li><li>All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.</li></ul><div><br/><strong>VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers.</strong> You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.<br/><br/><strong>Vehicle Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Sprinter should not be older than 2016.</li><li>All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.</li><li>All decals should be removed.</li><li>If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road.
