Coordinating and controlling engineering activities with different E&C engineering centers, in charge of design, input to scope of work for subcontracting & fabrication and Installation of an entire project (or portion of project) up to the scheduled completion, in accordance with Air Liquide HSES corporate policies, contractual commitments (design data, codes, classes etc.), schedule and Engineering budget. Assists, as relevant, in construction, installation and commissioning teams in preparing and executing site testing, installation, and commissioning plans/procedures with aftermarket organization support, ensuring constructability, install ability and operability of the design in accordance with project requirements.
