To thrive in this role, youll need: • Minimum of four years experience in the construction industry • Completion of OSHA Course #500 • Employee should be able to have a thorough understanding of and the ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and corporate regulations • The ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures • Good interpersonal and communication skills required (both written and verbal) • Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds • Requires good hand-eye coordination and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information • The associate must frequently sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides the team member with logistical support; including but not limited to establishing per diem rates, company trucks for superintendents, and the coordination of arrival for team members as needed on the project.
