Coordinate tool specific design requirements and points of connection between manufacturing equipment and facility systems, including process mechanical, electrical, controls, exhaust, specialty and bulk gases, chemical distribution, UPW, drains, vacuum, and other process utilities as applicable to the tool set. The successful candidate will coordinate tool requirements, design deliverables, stakeholders, engineering teams, and construction partners to ensure tool install packages are safe, constructible, coordinated, and aligned with aggressive installation and manufacturing schedules.
