Work closely with STERIS training teams to develop and deliver a comprehensive, interactive blended HSE learning approach, including e-learning, coaching, toolbox talks, bite-size training, workbooks, workshops, and classroom-based learning. Provides direction to HSE managers and staff to ensure that health, safety/environmental, training, injury management and related policies, procedures and programs are implemented and enforced by providing proactive training, counseling and advice on health and safety issues.
