Operating Company and Subcontractor Integration: Integrate the work of all Quanta operating companies and subcontractors across electrical (medium voltage distribution, switchgear, generators, and battery energy storage), civil and duct bank, structural, fire suppression, mechanical and gas, controls and cybersecurity, and testing and commissioning scopes into one coordinated field plan, managing interfaces, sequencing, laydown, and site logistics. Schedule and Look-Ahead Planning: Provide field input to the cost-loaded Primavera P6 project schedule in coordination with the Senior Project Controls Specialist/Scheduler, lead weekly look-ahead planning with the operating companies and subcontractors, verify actual progress reported each period, and develop field recovery plans when work falls behind.
