This position promotes a safe environment for patients, employees, providers, and visitors by supporting compliance with applicable safety requirements, monitoring patient and workplace safety practices, conducting site assessments, investigating safety incidents, and providing education and guidance to staff. Working collaboratively with Quality leadership, practice leadership, and other departments, the Healthcare Safety Program Administrator helps develop, implement, and monitor safety policies, procedures, protocols, and initiatives.
