<p>The Program Management Division at LaBella is looking for a dedicated Field Construction Manager.</p><p>The Field Construction Manager will conduct direct and indirect inspections to various Electric Utility Construction projects to meet client needs. The FCM will coordinate and manage on site work documentation and communications in support of the overall Construction Manager, Project Manager, and/or the Owner. The FCM is responsible for coordination of material delivery, develop and maintain as-built documentation, and must be onsite whenever work of any nature is being performed, monitor schedule, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The prospective individual will have a willingness to learn and adapt to changing environments throughout the industry.</p><p/><p><strong>Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000</strong></p><p><strong>The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.</strong></p><p/><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Project Manager for day-to-day operations</li><li>Assure contractor obligation and adherence to design plans, changeorders, RFIs, MOC, etc. </li><li>Document contractor day to day activities</li><li>Demonstrates leadership in health, safety and environmental protection on the project.
