Success in this role requires effectively managing multi-trade contractor safety performance, maintaining strong relationships with Toyota representatives and project leadership, and ensuring all construction activities are executed safely within an active manufacturing environment. Experience with Toyota projects, automotive manufacturing, General Contractor safety management, multi-trade construction, active facilities, hazard assessments, JHAs, and field safety leadership should be clearly identified.
