Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Construction, Organizational Management or related field plus a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in project management, facilities administration, budgets and contracts, building construction, maintenance and inspection, including three (3) years supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of formal education, professional certification, and working experience. This is professional, administrative, and technical work in planning, organizing, coordinating, staffing, and controlling budgets in the operations of Facilities; internal and external mail service activities; building leases and/or purchases; construction; maintenance; space planning; disaster efforts; conservation initiatives; fuel system and storage; hazardous waste storage and disposal; and warehouse management, related to FPUA's infrastructure (buildings, facilities, and facility-related equipment).
