As the Safety & Health Specialist, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of occupational safety and industrial hygiene programs at Aalo Atomics' Idaho Falls' locations including compliance with relevant federal, state and local regulations (e.g., NRC, DOE, OSHA), developing robust safety processes, and fostering a strong culture of safety across the organization. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and facilities teams to help identify hazards, support compliance efforts, conduct workplace assessments, and assist with exposure monitoring and risk reduction activities across Aalo environments.
