The Job You Will Perform: Lead and continuously improve site HSE systems by engaging employees and business partners; Reduce exposures through actively identifying hazards/high risk and work with employees/business partners to implement effective controls; Provide strong, visible leadership in the mill by partnering with operations and maintenance teams to drive and sustain the desired IP Safety Excellence culture; Responsible for leading systems, processes and procedures that promote a positive safety culture, which results in an injury-free and healthy workplace.
