Working closely with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, Operations, Moderation, Legal, Policy, and Risk Control teams, the Business Governance team drives the development and implementation of governance strategies that protect ecosystem health, mitigate emerging risks, and support long-term business success. Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize content safety policies and enforcement frameworks for key business scenarios (including Short Drama, Push Notifications, and other content surfaces), balancing compliance requirements, business objectives, and user experience.
